Terms of Use for the SwingParty Application

1. General Provisions

   1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the SwingParty application (hereinafter: "Application"), available for download from the website www.swingparty.app.
   2. Installing and using the Application constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Downloading and Activating the Application

   1. The Application is available exclusively through the website www.swingparty.app.
   2. Using the Application requires a one-time activation fee via the Stripe payment system.
   3. The activation of the Application is assigned to the email address provided during payment.
   4. The license to use the Application remains valid until it is uninstalled from the device.

3. User Rights and Obligations

   1. The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.
   2. The User may not transfer the license to third parties or share the Application in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
   3. The Application does not require the provision of personal data other than the email address to which activation is assigned.

4. Payments and Refunds

   1. The activation fee for the Application is one-time and non-refundable.
   2. Payments are processed via Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s terms of service.
   3. Upon payment, the User gains access to the Application on their device until it is uninstalled.

5. Users Outside the European Union

   1. The Application may be downloaded and activated by Users outside the European Union.
   2. Payments are made in a currency supported by the Stripe system and may be subject to additional currency conversion fees.
   3. Users outside the EU agree to comply with the legal regulations applicable in their country regarding the use of the Application.

6. Liability

   1. The owner of the Application - HPP4 Sp. z o.o. - is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the Application.
   2. The Application is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes or updates.
   3. The owner of the Application reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time without providing a reason.

7. Final Provisions

   1. These terms take effect on the date of their publication on www.swingparty.app.
   2. The owner of the Application reserves the right to modify these terms. The current version of the terms will be available on the website.
